KELBURN FLOORS 2011 LTD (Established 2011)
Since 1999 Paul Chronis has been sanding and coating floors throughout the Wellington area. He started out working for Kelburn Floors with Pieter Treur the previous owner who was all about quality floor sanding and using the best coating products
In 2011 Paul took over Kelburn Floors and established Kelburn Floors 2011 Ltd
Most of our work is through referrals and repeat work. Why is this?
Well Paul's focus is providing quality wooden floor sanding and coating for his customers and by using the finest quality commercial polyurethanes. Paul hates to cut corners in his work and will not do so in order to just gain jobs or customers. He prides himself on his workmanship as well as providing the best and correct advice for his customers!
He specializes in applying the finest & most durable non toxic waterborne polyurethane available which is Bona Traffic HD but he will use traditional solvent based Handley MC polyurethane if his customers require a lower cost commercial finish.
Simply put Paul's customers love his work and tell others about Kelburn Floors far and wide.
Ken Bull, a qualified joiner who has worked with timber most of his life, works for Paul and provides all the quotes and other administration services for Paul.
